Job Profile
Our User Experience (UX) team is responsible for defining the user driven quality standards for our content & ensuring we meet them.
The UX Tester will be responsible for reviewing newly created content and providing feedback on quality and accuracy. They will also be responsible for reviewing existing user journeys and content to look out for improvements. The UX Tester will gather research to identify gaps and spot errors in live content, plus working with stakeholders to build innovative content going forwards.
They will work closely with our Content teams to propose content change on the back of reviews & will collaborate regularly to ensure standards are understood & adhered to.
