Were here to inspire, fuel, encourage and educate.Whether its the big things, or the little things; from reaching fitness goals to savouring good food, cultivating outdoor spaces, or enjoying the latest TV sensation we help bring our audiences joy!About the roleAs a UAT Manager, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the UAT discipline within Immediate on transformational projects. You will liaise with business stakeholders, working in cross-functional teams, to develop and maintain a UAT approach and plan. You will support, mentor and help the business stakeholders in developing test cases, as well as provide domain expertise in testing. You will be relied on to help evolve solutions, solve problems, and set and ensure UAT best practices are being adhered to.Youll love this role if

As a UAT Manager you will;
  • Develop, own and manage the UAT workstream on business-critical projects within IM
  • Develop UAT approach and plan via an iterative delivery model
  • Establish clear RACI for internal and 3rd party resources with dedicated time for UAT
  • Develop defect classification and prioritisation criteria including go/no-go decision criteria
  • Be responsible for successful execution of UAT
  • Liaise with business stakeholders across cross-functional teams, guiding and helping them to create test cases and execute testing
  • Liaise with internal and external development teams to ensure that UAT is in kept in sync with development slices
  • Develop and execute communications to internal and external stakeholders on UAT progress
  • Liaise with the Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager to ensure on-track delivery
  • Highlight any risks and issues that could potentially delay UAT completion
  • Promote test automation and potential use of AI to assist and speed up UAT
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments, concepts, and emerging changes to assist in re-planning of the UAT and overall programme
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments within testing
  • Own, promote and uphold testing standards and best practices
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the craftsmanship and engineering aspects of software development
  • Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Act as a champion in the xe2x80x98hyper care phases of projects immediately post go-live
RequirementsYou will need to meet these requirements to be considered for the role.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing UAT on multi-vendor projects
  • Experience of migration from legacy systems to Cloud based SaaS systems, preferably to Zuora/Zephr
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present business friendly messaging rather than technical speak
  • Experience of subscription-based business models preferably in the media and publishing industry
