Urgently Hiring Lettings Negotiator

Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing independent estate agency in Doncaster. Due to expansion, we are searching for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator with excellent telephone skills, a hunger to succeed & personal ambition. The successful individual must have a passion for property with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, property values and an awareness of the local competition.

We are looking for individuals with at least three years of experience in the relevant field and a proven track record.

The role will involve the following tasks:



Qualifying & registering new applicants. Advise clients about the letting process. Arranging & carrying out viewings in line with company's code of practice. Check tenant references. Prepare tenancy agreements and inventories. Make sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements. Meet landlords and advise on rents. Maintaining records on internal CRM databases, as well as handling enquiries received by email & telephone in a professional manner. Working closely with the Operations Director to identify new business opportunities. Create and post engaging video content for social media Meeting and exceeding KPI's. Ensuring that you are up to date on lettings legislation.

Skills & Requirements



Candidates must be proficient in social media platforms and capable of creating engaging video content for these channels. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the relevant field and a proven track record Must demonstrate excellent customer service. Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills. Proficiency with computer software. Strong determination to meet and exceed company targets. Self-motivated and have the ability to use initiative to drive sales. Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel to properties for meetings with tenants and landlords. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience within a sales environment is essential. Good understanding of Doncaster's residential property market advantageous.

Work hours:

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm and every other Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.
