City Health Care Partnership CIC are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join their team of Support Staff in the Urgent Treatment Centre's based in Bridlington and the East Riding of Yorkshire. The Support Staff member will be responsible for booking in all patients on SystmOne, answering phone calls to the department, directing patients accordingly, chaperoning GPs and Practitioners, home visits, equipment and vehicles checks, medication checks, monitoring the waiting room, performing comfort calls and a variety of administration duties. Patient presentations will include undiagnosed undifferentiated illness and minor injuries, acute presentations and at times the exacerbation of long-term conditions.Main duties of the jobThe Support Staff member will be responsible for supporting the clinical team to ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is provided for patients across CHCP Main duties of the job To provide a professional administrative service within the Urgent Treatment Centres. To support all clinical staff in the delivery of care to patients To support in the day-to-day non-clinical running of the Urgent Treatment Centres. To transport and support the duty doctor or practitioner with workloads and routes within clinical priority when carrying out home visits covering Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.
