Key Responsibilities:

• Take on a leadership role, supporting and developing Social Workers to deliver high-quality services to families and meet statutory obligations.
• Manage a varied workload encompassing case-related issues, maintain administrative systems, and act as a practice resource for the team.
• Utilise your expertise in Child Protection and Court work to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to the continuous improvement of practice and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with significant experience in Child Protection and Court work.
• Strong understanding of statutory obligations and the ability to manage complex caseloads effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Registration with Social Work England.
