Working patterns available; \xc2\xb7 Full time. \xc2\xb7 Part time. \xc2\xb7 Day to day, flexible working pattern to suit you. Hours of work; \xc2\xb7 08.30am-15.30pm (Full time). \xc2\xb7 08.30am-12.00pm (Morning only). \xc2\xb7 12.30-3.30pm (afternoon only). Rates of pay; \xc2\xa375 - \xc2\xa390 per day Age range; \xc2\xb7 Primary Schools (4-11 years). \xc2\xb7 Secondary Schools (11-16 years). \xc2\xb7 Special Educational Needs Schools (4-25 years). Qualifications; \xc2\xb7 Non required \xe2\x80\x93 Transferrable skills needed. Your duties will include; \xc2\xb7 Setting up equipment for lessons. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and keeping the classroom safe and tidy. \xc2\xb7 Motivating and encouraging pupils. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring children\xe2\x80\x99s behaviour and progress. \xc2\xb7 Keeping pupils engaged with their learning, following the national curriculum. \xc2\xb7 Encouraging pupils to interact and engage within activities. \xc2\xb7 Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs and personalities. You will need to have; \xc2\xb7 Transferrable schools from your personal or working life. \xc2\xb7 The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children in your care. \xc2\xb7 The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support. \xc2\xb7 A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
