Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available - Options of 22, 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week
Shifts: Night position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse/ Senior Registered Nurse to take on a lead position within a welcoming, warm, and person-centred specialist Complex Care Needs Service. Supporting both younger and older adults living with Mental Health needs, Behaviours of concern, Brain injury and stroke, Dementia, Neuro disabilities and Physical disabilities.
This a brand-new service that opened in January 2023, the nurse led team supports people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure based setting - to community-based living.
The company has over 20 years\' experience of providing exceptional specialist nursing care. Having started their journey as a training company, they have grown and are recognised as one of the country\'s leading providers of adult specialist care, with over 30 complex needs Care Homes in England, and newly commissioned Care Homes opening on the horizon!
Job Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will take the role of a Senior Nurse on duty and have responsibility for a team of nursing and care staff. You will lead by example, delivering hands-on nursing care and providing strong leadership to your team. You will have a person-centred ethos and be committed to enriching the lives of the individuals in your care.
You will lead the nurse team during your shifts; you will make certain that you fully meet medical, physical and emotional requirements of adults in your care. Ensuring compliance with clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
Being at the forefront of clinical care delivery, you will be responsible in providing strong leadership to develop and improve the standard of daily living. You will be empowered to really make a difference - the nursing home size means you have sufficient time in a day to make a real difference to the lives of those in your care.

A Registered Nurse or Senior Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)? The Care Home welcomes applications from General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, and Learning Disability Nurses. Full training and support will be given.
A Registered Nurse or Senior Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?
