Job Opportunity: Holiday Camp Sports Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Holiday Camp Sports Coach to join our team for the upcoming holiday camps. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children in a dynamic and engaging environment while delivering a variety of multi-sport activities.

Our holiday camps offer a wide range of multi-sport activities, some of which you may have never come across before, designed to empower children aged 4 to 11 to reach their full potential. With our experienced coaches, we ensure that every child enjoys their time with us and gets the most out of the activities. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a series of multi-sport activities in a fun and engaging manner, ensuring children are active and entertained. Work with groups of children, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Effectively manage behaviour to ensure all children are safe, engaged, and following the camp rules. Ensure the camp runs smoothly, with a focus on safety and enjoyment for every child. Be a positive role model, encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles. Assist with the setup and breakdown of activities and sports equipment.

Key Requirements:

Experience working with children aged 4-11 in a sports or recreational setting. A current, valid DBS certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service check). Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to manage groups of children of varying sizes confidently. A positive, engaging, and energetic approach to delivering sports activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to different camp environments. A driving license and access to a car is desirable due to the varying locations of our venues.
