What is the opportunity?

A fantastic opportunity to deliver on our Customer ambition, supporting delivery and implementation of our Consumer Duty plans and agenda for our UK Savings customers.

In this role you will:

• Support delivery of UK Personal Savings Consumer Duty actions and agenda in line with identified and prioritised gaps/action plans
• Ensuring appropriate governance, risk assessment, organisational change and control good practice is followed
• Ensure quality of outputs meet Savings team/BOI Group standards
• Influence decision-makers to ensure the right decisions are taken at the right time
• Support the broader UK Personal Savings team agenda where required

Essential Qualifications

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

What will make you stand out?

You will have experience operating in UK Financial Services along with the ability, tenacity and resilience to drive delivery at pace and maintain momentum.

A willingness to be \'hands-on\' with delivery, and to influence others to take ownership where required

Ability to lead on projects with internal and external 3rd parties to drive delivery of required actions and improvements

Good presentation skills to senior audiences, and governance forums. The ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into succinct and easily understandable presentations

Experience of Savings / Deposit products and Project Management

UK Personal Savings business is part of Savings & Lending business unit and has full P&L, customer experience, risk and regulatory responsibilities for all Consumer Savings products sold under Post Office, AA and Bank of Ireland UK brands.
