Due to a growing waiting list we are looking to recruit a newly qualified or experienced Early Years Practitioner, minimum Early Years Level 2 or Level 3 +
to join our dedicated and talented team of 14 at our Cambridge city centre nursery, CB1 2DG.

The Role:
The newly employed member of staff will support and assist in all aspects of education and care. Initial training and induction will be provided from management and senior staff, with ongoing support provided as necessary.
The ideal candidate:
Must have a passion and enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to work calmly, patiently and communicate effectively with children, parents and staff. To be able to work with a diverse range of children with different individual needs, requiring good organisational skills and timekeeping.
We also offer work based training opportunities at CACHE L2/L3 for unqualified candidates. We cover the costs of the training and DBS and you earn an income whilst you train.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's development.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of children's activities and development.

A salary, negotiable and considered at interview, 40 hours per week.
Additional paid holiday allowance (28 Standard + up to 4 Extra Days )
Christmas closure, with full pay (25th to 2nd January)
DBS costs covered
Work based Early Years training available at Level 2, 3 and 5 with accredited provider Prevista
