Who we\'re looking for:
You will be a key player in driving forward the agency\'s creative product. Primarily driven through our awards effort you will help Wunderman Thompson create the best and win the most.
Working with the Head of Growth & Marketing, UK & EMEA and UK Chief Creative Officer you will be a key leader in shaping and executing the creative & awards strategy across creative, design, social, digital, B2B, experience, data, IED and culture.
This includes the ownership of our awards calendar, tracker and budget, entry process and production, hold key relationships with award and industry bodies, and support in the running of key creative workstreams that drive the development of impactful and effective work.
The attitude and approach of the Creative Excellence Manager is, in many ways, as important as the experience and skills they possess - creative is the heartbeat of our agency. You will need to be a self-starter, have gravitas and be prepared to interface with all departments in the agency and wider group to gather the support required. The agency environment is varied and fast-paced and you\'ll need to be a creative thinker to help identify opportunities, working closely with a mixture of teams to craft outreach content and ideas.
To ensure success in the role you will have support from our Creative Executive Assistant, Creative Council, Marketing team, Leadership team, Global Director of Creative Operations and Global Creative Excellence Manager.
