About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Benefits, the UK Benefits Analyst will be crucial in managing and administering colleague benefits programs in the UK. They will support benefits renewals, implementation, vendor management, cost analysis, and payroll data preparation. They will use Data & Analytics as well as Business and HR insight to help inform our benefits strategy and collaborate across HR and the business to implement change successfully.
You will be responsible for:
Benefits AdministrationSupport the Benefits Manager during the annual benefits renewal process
Benefits operations including updating of census data as well as enrolment and termination of employees in benefits programs, not excluding pension
Implement new benefits programs and changes to existing plans
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, including updating of internal policies and procedures
Prepare and process benefits-related invoices and purchase orders
Handle legal paperwork associated with benefits programs
Support the due diligence risk management procedures for all vendor relationships
Maintain and update benefits renewal calendar, procedures manual and country benefit summaries
Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors in UK
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with insurance providers and other benefits partners
Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors and recommend improvements
Financial / Payroll ManagementPerform cost analysis of benefits programs
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining competitive benefits packages
Prepare monthly benefits payroll data
Benefits Systems, Reporting and AnalysisGenerate regular reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends
Analyse data to provide insights for decision-making and strategy development
Prepare presentations for management on benefits-related topics
Own the benefits portals and vendor systems
Colleague SupportSupport the resolution of colleague Workday Help queries as the specialist on benefits programmes
Develop and maintain benefits communication materials
Assist with benefits-related colleague education and engagement initiatives
Skills and Experience:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strong delivery focus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with confidential information with discretion.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
