We are looking for a Typist to join our collaborative Corporate Secretariat team. Someone who is not afraid of a challenge and leads by example.

Responsibilities
Your role will be to attend and type minutes for executive committee meetings, to support the Corporate Secretariat team, including:

  • Clear and accurate typing in meetings, which can then be finalised and issued as minutes.
  • Maintain digital filing of meeting minutes.
Requirements
  • Experience of fast, accurate typing skills and familiarity with Google Docs, Google Drive, and video conferencing.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to capture notes that are grammatically correct.
  • Organised and efficient with a strong knowledge of business English, and professional practices.
  • For this role, it is essential to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with Financial Services terminology.
  • Confident in delivering to deadlines (1-2 business days).
