Join us in the role of Client Onboarding Specialist where you will ensure a seamless transition for new customers, enhancing their experience and satisfaction by providing personalised support and guidance while ensuring we meet the risk management framework. In role you will also communicate with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals, develop and implement onboarding plans tailored to individual client requirements whilst coordinating with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met. The role also focuses on monitoring client satisfaction and feedback to improve the onboarding process, providing training and support to clients on using the sales finance systems and completing ledger switch on online with risk management framework.
