Sales & Marketing Coordinator

to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting the Tayside and Perthshire Solicitors Property Centres (TSPC & PSPC).

This is a

diverse and dynamic role

entry level role with responsibilities across sales, marketing, customer service, and day-to-day office operations. If you love property, are confident with social media, and enjoy juggling tasks that range from liaising with clients to creating content -- this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Selling property portal services (e.g. website advertising space, property listing packs) and tracking sales performance. Creating artwork for advertisers when required using tools like Canva. Supporting marketing activities including social media content and newsletters. Participating in video content creation. Liaising with member firms. Managing mortgage and valuation leads and partnerships. Handling reception, customer enquiries, and day-to-day office coordination. Assisting with accounts, invoicing, and internal reporting.

A background and/or interest in sales, marketing, or admin. Strong communication and people skills. Social media savvy and an eye for design. Great organisation and attention to detail. An interest in property and community engagement.

Please note, the salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
