About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the central team office of our Multi Academy Trust. The schools within the NWAT are our customers, this role is pivotal in supporting the central team to ensure they always deliver the highest level of customer experience and service to our customers.The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations by providing robust administrative support. This involves managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring that information flows efficiently across the Trust. The emphasis on effective communication underscores the importance of the PA's role in handling correspondence and serving as a liaison to guarantee that information reaches the appropriate parties in a timely manner.About the North West Academies Trust (NWAT)At NWAT, we believe that aspirational and inspirational education is the right of every child.   • Provide high-level executive support to the central leadership team.
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and Trust-wide meetings and events.
  • Draft reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Liaise with schools, trustees, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional and organised office environment.
  • Support the central office environment.
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a central communication liaison between the central team, schools, Trustees, and external partners.
  • Maintain clear channels of internal communication across the Trust, ensuring information flows smoothly and is appropriately shared.
  • Uphold a consistent and positive tone in all internal and external communications.
Person SpecificationEssential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including English and Maths.
  • Strong experience as a PA, or administrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and respond flexibly to changing priorities.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a school, Multi-Academy Trust, or public sector organisation.

Two exciting roles available!We are currently recruiting for an additional part-time position within our central team xe2x80x93 Clerk to the Board of Trustees.
