Responsibilities:
- Respond to booking enquiries, follow up and answer phone calls for potential patients
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office on days we are open for patients
- Schedule and confirm ongoing appointments for patients
- Collect and update patient information and medical history
- Explain treatment options, costs, and payment plans to patients
- Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred with GDC registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
