My client is an American multinational investment bank and financial services corporation headquartered in New York. They are the third largest banking institution in the United States and is considered a systemically important bank by the Financial Stability Board being one of the eight global investment banks in the Bulge Bracket. They have approximately 200 million customer accounts and do business in more than 160 countries.
They are looking for a highly motivated Treasury and Trade Solution (TTS) Client Administrator working with TTS Client Executives, Regional TTS Solution Sales Specialist and Product Sales Consultants to boost revenue realisation, retention, cross sell expansion and attrition management.
You will have a Customer Service/Client Delivery, Sales, Operations or Credit administration background, be customer focused and able to operate at all levels. Based at their London office this role will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office, inline with the team arrangements, and 2 days working from home, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. On an initial contract of 6 months there is the potential for the role to be extended or to go permanent.
The Role:
Work closely in partnership with the Treasury and Trade Solution (TTS) Client Executives and across the TTS Sales team and client in identifying opportunities to enhance the clients existing solutions focusing on revenue expansion and retention of existing business.
Work with TTS Client Executives to interface with clients working closely with the TTS Solution Sales & Product Sales team with a defined portfolio of headquartered Banking clients, as well as Global Subsidiaries Group clients with a significant buying center to develop a comprehension of their operating procedures, organisational structures and Transaction Service needs in identifying and promoting the delivery of TTS Products. Working with key stakeholders to drive deals through Implementation ensuring ramp up of revenue, product adoption and driving digital agenda for the clients.
Work with the TTS Client Executives to drive the Client Experience by being a client advocate in managing the organisations network, +100 countries to ensure client satisfaction and retention of business. Ensuring proactive communication with key decision makers within the client organization as well as the internal client team.
