The International Private Bank (IPB) Treasury team covers the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Line of Business (LOB) Treasury activities across EMEA, Asia and Latin America. These activities include optimization of the IPB balance sheet, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory liquidity and interest risk requirements and supporting the banking business. IPB Treasury team leverages the AWM Treasury Tech team to support its activities.

As the Project Manager / Business Analyst you will focus on the planning, implementation and testing of changes related to IPB Treasury activities covered within the IPB Platform Modernization Project (PMOD). You will be working very closely with the AWM technology team as well as our internal partners including Operations, Lending & Deposit products. You will be the primary point of contact for all Treasury related queries for the PMOD project.

Job responsibilities:

  • Understanding all operational activities performed by IPB Treasury to support the business and the functionalities of the Cassini application owned by AWM Treasury Technology
  • Being responsible for the planning, management and delivery of IPB Treasury deliverables within the PMOD project workstreams, utilizing a robust project plan including pragmatic application of project management methodologies, use of a clearly defined delivery roadmap and robust financial and risk management
  • Representing IPB Treasury in relevant PMOD workstreams: Cash, Payments & Treasury, Lending, Deposits and any other additional workstreams requiring Treasury input.
  • Work with project stakeholders across the various functional groups, to define and document business requirements
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives that requested by stakeholders
  • Plan and perform testing of new functionality and regression testing
  • Provide updates on the project status for the workstreams IPB Treasury is involved with
  • Drive progress against a defined plan, understand challenges and mitigate potential cost or time delays
  • Track Treasury requirements in relevant workstreams and maintain a project scorecard
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • University degree in a quantitative subject
  • Extensive end to end project management / business analysis experience including scoping, business case development, implementation within an Agile framework, preferably covering core banking systems, treasury, payments, lending or deposit products
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Intermediate/advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Previous experience with Jira is a plus
  • Fluency in English is essential, and any additional languages will be a plus
