Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively supporting a successful and ambitious Warwick based business in their search to recruit a Treasury Accountant. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with exposure to large businesses and eager to join our success story! Based from our Warwick office 1-2 days per week, with a salary up to \xc2\xa363,000 and industry leading benefits.

As a Treasury Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in business partnering with the wider finance team to facilitate treasury activities. This is a varied role, offering huge potential for growth for the right candidate. You\'ll be responsible for providing accurate and robust accounting and report delivery to internal and external senior management. Surrounded by a team who are genuinely passionate about all things finance, the successful individual will be given all the tools you might need to fast-track their finance career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide input and contribute to the Treasury Finance Team through \'best practice\' technical accounting for treasury related data
• Assist in the delivery of IFRS reporting for a selection of treasury and financial risk related disclosures, including involvement and delivery of disclosures under UK GAAP
• Develop trust with the wider finance team to enable effective business partnering relationships
• Assist in the delivery of analysis, providing commentary to key stakeholders
• Maintain high quality internal controls within Treasury, enhancing relevant documentation to drive improvements across a growing environment
• Support in maintenance of Treasury Management system, ensuring it\'s being used to it\'s full capacity
• Prepare treasury disclosures with the support of the wider team, alongside annual result announcements, shareholder or bond circulars and regulatory returns
• Maintain strong and professional external and internal audit relationships

A Bit About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• Knowledge of current treasury related accounting standards, including IFRS 9, IAS 39, IFRS 7 and FRS 101 & 102.
• Impressive Excel skills
• An analytical mindset
• Enthusiastic approach with a commitment to professional delivery
