In our busy contact centre, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be an essential member of the team, being the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with any queries they have and guiding them through the Claims process. You\xe2\x80\x99ll remain calm in the face of a challenge, making sure to pay attention to detail to ensure our systems are accurate and up to date at all times. We have 2 upcoming start dates on Monday 8th and 22nd January 2024
We\xe2\x80\x99re offering Hybrid working contracts, to empower our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. No evenings, weekends, or Bank holidays!
Salary: \xc2\xa320,020 per annum
Induction & Training: You\xe2\x80\x99ll receive 5 weeks of fully comprehensive remote training from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role.
