Travel Consultant With the upcoming opening of our first new \'Jason Edwards Holidays\' shop located in Treforest, Pontypridd; we\xe2\x80\x99re recruiting Travel Consultants to join our team. Boasting a fresh approach to guided travel, Jason Edwards Holidays is bought to you by industry veteran Jason Edwards and his highly experienced team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be one of the first points of contact to our customers. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for you to provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure we\xe2\x80\x99re delivering our customers the best experience as possible. Working in a fast pace but friendly environment, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the ability to promote and recommend tours to our customers ensuring that their needs and considerations are taken into account at all times. Skills \xc2\xb7 Ideally from a retail travel / sales background \xc2\xb7 Customer focused. \xc2\xb7 Used to working in a target driven environment. \xc2\xb7 Have the ability to learn and display excellent knowledge of our products. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proactive and results driven. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work to tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Passion and positive can-do attitude to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
