Job Title: Transport Vehicle Administrator
Location: Winchester
Salary: Scale 4, \xc2\xa323,100 - \xc2\xa325,353 per annum (\xc2\xa313,735 - \xc2\xa315,074 pro rata)
Hours: 22 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 9th July 2023 at 23.59 hours

Then you could be the person that the Transport Vehicle Department is looking for.
We need someone to support the department by providing an efficient and effective administrative service. The successful candidate will set up and maintain the computerised fleet records, have responsibility for the weekly banking, raising invoices for works which have been completed on the vehicles and keeping accurate records on the invoicing out spreadsheets.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to (4 passes including English and Maths) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Essential Experience
Experience in a clerical or administrative capacity in a busy office environment and to have proven Microsoft Office skills
