Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s work to ensure that there are less or no occurrence of failures, working to a KPI of 100%
Dealing with customers, taking bookings, and resolving queries
Monitor and oversee the order phase and fulfilment phase of the business to guarantee business completion
Coordinate and assist the customer service and client relationship aspect of the company to help improve the current methods and planning process of the company
Identify and improve inefficiencies in the current supply chains including the delivery, method of transport, and every logistics-related issue that may arise within operations
Establish and maintain essential business relationships both internally and externally
Create and produce plans and methods as required
Preferred experience in Route Planning, but training will be given for the right candidate
About you:
Should be extremely knowledgeable with the geography of the UK
System savvy- SAP, applications and programs or other planning software
Capable of leading and supporting a team of various backgrounds, gender, and age
Excellent communicator in both written and verbal with exceptional interpersonal skills
Must have good attention to detail
Experience working in a fast paced environment as part of our logistics team
