Working with a leading logistics operations and transportation business, we are seeking to recruit their new Front-Line Manager.
You will be responsible for the management of drivers by leading and motivating and to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
This will include:
- Ensuring delivery of productivity, cost and service KPIs.
- Managing transport teams.
- Set out daily driver runs and assign drivers to routes.
- Establish, monitor and re-target productivity for Transport teams.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced within a similar role.
- Proven history of building and managing successful teams.
- Computer literate including transport management systems.
- 3PL logistics background.
