Transport Administrator Night Shift

Due to our continued growth and success we have a vacancy for a Transport Administrator to join our busy Luton operation. .
Based at our successful Luton depot we are looking for a dynamic customer focused individual with the ability to deliver first class results at all times. We can offer the successful candidate a competitive salary, life assurance and a friendly and dynamic working environment.
Monday to Friday: 21.00-07.00 (1 hour unpaid lunch)
The main responsibilities of the Transport Administrator will include:
- Planning and administrating Knights of Old deliveries from the Luton site.
- Offering the highest level of service to our customers, both internal and external.
- Communicating and resolving all delivery issues with the customer.
- Creating all delivery paperwork and booking in deliveries.
- Working closely with our operational teams in order to ensure that the highest level of service is achieved both internally and externally.
- Demonstrable experience of both planning and transport administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the commercial drive to make a success of this role.
