The Opportunity As our Transport Administrator you will join a team of 5 and play an important role in managing various aspects of our transportation operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Supplier Management: Raise purchase orders, receipting, and address supplier queries. Accident Vehicle Management: Ensure timely fleet repairs and update records for month-end reporting. Fines & Prosecutions: Act on correspondence, arrange payment of fines, and liaise with authorities regarding driver details. Company Car Log: Manage and update the company car log, overseeing the allocation of company cars. Fuel Cards: Order replacement fuel cards, manage the active card list, and maintain PIN numbers. Drivers Licence Checking: Update the platform with starters and leavers, address outstanding alerts, and conduct routine checks. Tolls & Crossings Management: Manage tolls and crossings, ensuring accurate updates to fleet details. Vehicle Tracking Platforms: Administer vehicle tracking platforms, including updating vehicles and managing users and drivers. Support for Branches: Assist branches with transport-related queries regarding fleet and supplies. Knowledge of Drivers Hours: Stay informed about and apply knowledge of drivers\' hours regulations.
