Transformation Strategy Consultant & Pmo Publishing
Job Description
Our client at an academic publishing company is seeking a Strategic Transformation & PMO Consultant to join their team as they are looking to embark on their strategic transformation programme.
This is to execute \xe2\x80\x9cgrowth first\xe2\x80\x9d initiatives including market development, and restructuring the firm to streamline periphery and low performing units to prioritise the growth agenda.
You will be tasked with reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and SLT to manage the programme management office and support the strategic firepower that currently exists within the firm.
Requirements
- 3+ years Strategy Consulting background (top-tier +)
- Experience building and managing a PMO, and working closely with senior stakeholders (intellectual sparring, strategic challenge)
- Experience with growth initiatives including market development, market penetration and services development, re-organization to harness growth and reduce costs
- Publishing experience (desirable)
- 3-6 months
- Remote with 1-2 days in office
- \xc2\xa3700-800 per day, ltd
- Start date: 02 October 2023
