7:30am \xe2\x80\x93 4pm Monday to Thursday, 07:30am \xe2\x80\x93 15:30 on a Friday

We are currently looking for a Training Administrator to join our team, delivering accurate and efficient processing of training related administration!

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Organise training course bookings through internal systems

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with training providers to deliver the required training

\xc2\xb7 Administrate course literature, joining instructions and invoices accordingly

\xc2\xb7 Accurately maintain and update internal and external portals and databases

\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and in person

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to meet someone with:

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on your own initiative

\xc2\xb7 Strong organisational and processing skills

\xc2\xb7 The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Strong administrative skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy

\xc2\xb7 Has strong IT skills, including Office 365
