Responsibilities / Tasks
Stock control in and out of DairyFlow
Implement efficient stock control and van stock management processes to minimize losses and facilitate the return of unused van stock to the inventory for resale.
Conduct prompt and consistent stock audits while implementing effective processes to mitigate stock losses.
Collaborating closely with engineers to enhance part restocking strategies, thereby minimizing losses.
Ensuing warehouses and store area is kept clean and tidy
Initiate daily stock orders for critical parts, with a weekly emphasis on essential items, while prioritizing monthly stock orders to optimize the procurement process.
Efficiently manage the intake of parts by booking them into inventory, complete with labeling and accurate placement within designated locations.
Helping customers directly in person with their needs and questions.
Taking incoming calls as necessary, dealing with and passing on queries
Boost store revenue by expanding post-purchase sales opportunities.
Warranty claims and returns
Checking invoices against purchase orders and confirming for payment
Raising purchase orders for suppliers
Monthly stock reporting
Daily use of ERP system \xe2\x80\x93 creating supplier accounts and new parts as required
Your Profile / Qualifications
A specific degree is not required.
Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a similar role is preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with stock management processes is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills are essential for efficiently managing inventory and maintaining a well-organized storage area.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle various tasks as needed.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
