About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Screen Printing:
Mix inks, set up screens, and ensure consistent print quality throughout each job.
Production Tasks:
Support factory operations with a variety of tasks when printing is not required.
Quality Control:
Monitor and uphold the high-quality standards we're known for.
Organisation:
Maintain a clean and tidy work area to support efficient operations.
Role Requirement & Working Conditions:
This role involves working with
Large Format Hand Bench Screen Printing
, requiring the manual handling of large-scale materials and the use of traditional screen printing techniques. The successful candidate will be expected to lean over the printing bench to carry out manual printing processes.
As such, this position can be physically demanding, requiring
repetitive movements, lifting, and standing for extended periods
. Appropriate training and support will be provided to ensure safe working practices in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Ideally, some experience in print or screen printing.
Commitment to producing work of a high standard.
Desirable Skills (an added advantage):
Hands-on experience with large-format hand bench work.
Proficiency in mixing inks and setting up large-format screens.
Print finishing skills for a professional touch.
Experience operating wide-format print equipment, including roll-to-roll UV printers, digital cutters, and finishing tools.
