Package

• Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm Saturday 9am-5pm (with day off in lieu)

• \xc2\xa316,000 to \xc2\xa320,000 per annum basic salary, with a guarantee for the first 3 months

• OTE circa \xc2\xa330,000 to \xc2\xa335,000 per annum

• Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• Some experience within Estate Agency is beneficial but not essential, a natural sales ability is required

• Must be a passionate and enthusiastic person, with excellent communication and customer service skills

A typical day

• Matching properties to applicants

• Conducting viewings

• Liaising with vendors, purchasers

• Negotiating and closing deals
