This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment. You'll begin by mastering the essentials of residential sales and customer interaction, and with consistent performance, you'll progress into a leadership role, supporting and mentoring newer team members. For the right person, there's a clear path towards a full management position.

What You'll Be Doing:

Represent trusted brands directly to customers in residential areas, providing product information and personalised solutions. Learn and apply proven sales techniques to confidently engage with customers and drive results. Take ownership of your performance by working to exceed daily and weekly targets. Build relationships with customers to encourage trust, satisfaction, and long-term value. Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and guiding newer team members. Contribute to a positive and goal-oriented team culture by leading by example. Gain experience in training, team motivation, and sales strategy implementation.
