Trainee Sales And Lettings Negotiator
Job Description
Sales and Lettings Negotiator required for Estate Agency Based in Southend on Sea. Minimum GCSE\'s grade C in English and Maths is required. Good telephone manner also required and good IT skills in Excel, Outlook and Word. Applicant will be responsible for day to day viewings, checkouts, inventories, valuations and inspection visits. Mostly carrying out duties out of the office working in and around the Southend on Sea area. Basic knowledge of home repairs would also be of use. E.g. Changing light bulbs, topping up pressure on boilers, general light home maintenance and common sense although training will be provided. Flexible working hours required. Terms can be discussed. The role can be either full-time or part-time hours to be agreed. A driving licence and use of a vehicle is a must.
