Your Role at g2 Recruitment:

Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients in high-demand markets across the UK and Europe. Manage and grow your personal client portfolio while continuously seeking new business opportunities. Source, recruit, and place top talent in specialized sectors like Fintech, Embedded Hardware, Software, and Architecture. Take full ownership of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to closing deals. Stay ahead of industry trends and provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
