Our client is seeking an ambitious, driven trainee or recent Graduate who will be the perfect fit for their friendly, supportive team in their brand-new Edinburgh office. Established over 2 decades ago, my client specialises in the food and drink manufacturing sector; you\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining the team at a pivotal moment as they broaden their horizons and tap into the equally lucrative sectors of Renewable Energy, Chemical, and Cosmetics. To be considered you must: \xc2\xb7 Must have been to university and graduated in the last 4 years \xc2\xb7 Have a natural sales ability, but understands how to not come across as too "salesy" \xc2\xb7 Must have strong communication and verbal skills to oversee the recruitment life cycle and control the outcomes to your benefit \xc2\xb7 Have resilience, in Recruitment it is essential to understand not everything will go your way, but you will ride the waves and learn every step of the way \xc2\xb7 Have a competitive attitude, a strong desire to succeed will be natural to you and you enjoy working towards goals and then go again.
