We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Property Manager to join the team at our office in Eastwood, Essex. As we continue to grow, we are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for property and world-class client and customer service, ready to take the next step in their Property Management career and join us at our Eastwood office. As a Trainee Property Manager at Gateway, you will be guided by some of the most seasoned and experienced industry professionals around on your property management journey. You will be responsible for proactively managing a varied portfolio of properties. From assisting in the preparation of Service Charge information and Accounts, budget preparation and management, through to managing maintenance issues and liaising with customers and clients, no two days are ever the same. Exemplary relationship building, Client management, Listening and negotiation skills, Ambition, Resilience, Analytical thinking. These are just some of the fundamentals to finding success in your role as a Trainee Property Manager. If you don\xe2\x80\x99t already hold an IRPM qualification, no need to worry as you will be provided with all the necessary tools and guidance to set you on your way to becoming a fully-fledged, IRPM-qualified Property Manager. You may be required to attend evening meetings off-site and the occasional overnight stay. In return, we offer a competitive salary.
