Job description
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a keen and motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Production Administrator to support our current Production/Facility Administrator. This role plays an important part in the smooth operation of the facility. We offer excellent benefits and a friendly clean working environment.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (37.5 hours a week).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Booking and processing of goods in paperwork
Maintain attendance, holiday and sickness spreadsheet
Recording of build items in CSI (inhouse ERP system)
Destocking machines in CSI (inhouse ERP system)
Updating current machine log
Updating and communicating shortage lists to planning
Making and printing paint planning and machine testing sheets
Assist with writing work instructions & safety procedures
Assist with standardisation, creating signs, labels & layout plans
Communicate quality alerts
Be responsible for maintaining stationary stock
Sorting and distributing post
Photocopying, scanning, filling and shredding.
Assigning lockers and badges to new hires and security passes to visitors.
Perform any other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the facility
Maintaining the facilities maintenance schedule and liasing with managers/Health and Safety to sort the necessary tasks.
Assist with any potential workday issues for the production team members.
Skills and Experience Required:
Ideally you will have at least 1 years working experience in administration, but full training will be given to the successful candidate
Be computer literate and have a good level of excel, word and outlook skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Have a positive attitude and be comfortable dealing with all levels of seniority
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Be reliable and self-motivated and have a flexible approach
Have the ability to be able to work alone or as part of a team
Have good time keeping and willing to work the extra mile when required
Have good organisational skills

Salary 23,500-25,500 per annum dependent upon experience.
