Closing Date 23:59 on 10/03/2025What You'll Be Responsible for:As a Trainee Process Operator, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and monitoring of Wastewater Treatment Works and associated sewage pumping stations.Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating sites in line with environmental permits to protect environment, general maintenance of equipment and site, taking effluent samples to monitor and improve biological performance.
• Take responsibility for identifying and where applicable undertaking reactive work as required.
• Identifying potential pollution risks from our assets, taking measures to prevent pollution and escalating when required.
• Looking at ways we can continuously improve.
• As part of your trainee programme you will work alongside the current operational team to gain experience and knowledge of the site and attend multiple training course to become a competent operator.

About You:We are looking for someone who's enthusiastic about putting out customers first every day and a team player, willing to take part in all necessary training requirements required for the role.
A driving licence is required for this role. If you don't have one currently, we ask that you are working towards this.Good to Know:Training: Will be provided on the job.
Length of Apprenticeship: 18 months.
