Our Client, a large established independent is looking for a Trainee Negotiator to join their Rainham office.

Trainee Negotiator for: Rainham Office
OTE \xc2\xa328,000
Basic \xc2\xa320 000 (DOE)
Commission on pool bases of office income. \xc2\xa37-8,000.

Extra income can be gained from mortgage appointments, solicitors income, and referral of listings and lettings business up to \xc2\xa36k PA

Skills & Experience for this Trainee Negotiator role

No previous experience of Lettings is required as full training given,

Ideally the successful candidate will have a Sales or Customer Service background and be comfortable in a target driven environment.

This is an ideal opportunity to start your career in property

Hours:
8:30 am-6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday.
Working a five-day rota with one day off during the week.
