We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mortgage Paraplanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Mortgage *==& protection Brokers by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in Financial Services, a solicitors or an estate agency is essential for this role.
Duties
Assist financial planners in the preparation of client reports and financial plans.
Conduct thorough research on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to support planning activities.
Prepare detailed reports that summarise client information, recommendations, and action points.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation within our systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Utilise IT tools to streamline processes and improve workflow within the team.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.
Skills
Strong understanding of financial services and financial planning principles.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in report writing, ensuring clarity and precision in documentation.
Ability to analyse complex information and present it in an understandable format.
Proficient in Microsoft.
Strong IT skills with a willingness to learn new software applications as required.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Administrative experience that supports efficient office operations.
Qualifications
CeMap is desirable.
Experience of working in Financial Services a solicitors or an estate agency is essential for this role.
The advertised salary for this role will increase over time as the successful applicant becomes proficient within the role.
