Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated lettings negotiator to expand our team, based in Long Eaton, to help drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries through various platforms including email and telephone.
- Arranging and conduct property viewings and provide feedback to Landlords.
- Contact tenants to arrange and conduct routine property inspections to identify any maintenance or repairs that may be required.
- Prepare concise reports to landlords.
- Processing applications, ensuring all relevant information is collected and complete necessary checks and documentation.
Personal Specification & Key Skills
-Valid UK Driving License with own vehicle.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience as a lettings negotiator or within similar lettings position.
- Organised, resilience with the ability to manage time efficiently.
-Ability to work independently and part of the team.
- Keen interesting in learning and positive attitude.
- IT literate.

Hours of work : Full-time
Monday to Friday
Alternative Saturdays (with time off in lieu of hours worked)

Pay: 23,810.00 per year
