Responsibilities:
- Upholster and repair furniture, including chairs, sofas, and ottomans (training provided)
- Measure and cut fabric to fit furniture pieces (training provided)
- Assemble furniture frames and attach upholstery materials (training provided)
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools for upholstery work (training provided)
- Ability to lift heavy furniture pieces and materials
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols (training provided)
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing furniture frames (training provided)
- Experience in fabricating custom upholstery pieces (training provided)
- Comfortable using power tools for cutting and shaping materials (training provided) As an Upholsterer/Frame maker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality upholstered furniture. Your skills in assembling, and fabricating will contribute to the production of comfortable and visually appealing furniture pieces. Your attention to detail and ability to work with hand tools and power tools will ensure the accuracy and durability of the finished products. Additionally, your knowledge of warehouse operations will help maintain a safe working environment.
