We are seeking a Trainee CNC Operator / Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will bring a willingness to learn and gain a strong level of understanding / knowledge around fabricating and producing high quality worktops and other products for our customers, ensuring that all products consistently meet our highest quality standards.

Duties - ALL TRAINING IS TO BE GIVEN FOR POINTS BELOW

Safe and accurate operation of CNC machines and Hand Tools to fabricate worktops according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Produce Solid surface (Granite / Quartz) Worktops using all tooling required, ensuring accuracy and quality of the final product. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks on finished products, checking measurements and quality of finish. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills

Keen to gain an understanding of the entire fabrication process in producing solid surface worktops. Confidence in using both hand tools and power tools effectively. (Full Training to be given) Basic maths skills, to ensure accurate measurements and calculations are used during production. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
