Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator / Office Administrator

Location: Lochgilphead, Argyll & Bute

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant and forward-thinking solicitor and estate agency practice in the heart of Lochgilphead as the Trainee Estate Agent / Receptionist and Office Administrator.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our team who will be the first point of call to all clients of the firm and while prior experience is not essential, a natural charisma, strong determination, and an outgoing personality are a must. This role offers the chance to learn and grow within a supportive and established company.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Viewings: Coordinating and conducting property viewings with potential buyers.

Property Marketing: Learning to effectively market properties to attract prospective buyers.

Buyer Matching: Matching prospective buyers with suitable properties and arranging viewings.

Client Communication: Maintaining regular contact with buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties.

Sales Process Support: Learning to guide buyers and sellers through the sales process from offer to legal completion.

Office Administration: Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis, answering telephone calls and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail

Business Development: Engaging in canvassing activities to generate new business.

Essential Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Own vehicle and valid driving license (some expenses covered).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary to be discussed based on experience and suitability.
