Summary

We are seeking Trainees to learn Glass Cutting, Toughening and Decoration and IGU Manufacturer and join our team at The Smashing Glass Company. In this role, you will be learn how to provide decorative finishes to glass products, contributing to their aesthetic appeal while maintaining quality standards. This position is essential for enhancing our product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsible person to learn what's required of them in IGU Manufacture Driven to learn the aspects require to achieve decorative finishes to glass products according to specifications. Collaborate with production teams to understand design requirements and timelines. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in assembling glass products as needed, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Requirements

Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
