April Complete Care Solutions is a small business in Pencoed. Our goal is to deliver high-quality and reliable healthcare and domiciliary services, which fulfil our clients staffing needs.

We are currently looking for a Trainee/Apprentice Care Coordinator, with some care experience who can drive & is willing to work in the

Bridgend area (Pencoed, Bridgened Town, Porthcawl, Sarn)

. Salary is age dependant. You will be supporting the Registered Manager and Care Coordinators in the office and also clients living in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. Reliability is vitally important for this role.

In this role you will:

Have good office/IT skills Attend client care calls as required Attend calls out of office hours when necessary (additional hours paid for) eventually undertake on-call duties (additional pay)

Enrolment to complete QCF in Health and Social Care 3/4

Applicants must be 18 or over. Welsh speaker would be an advantage. The company requires the candidate to have some UK experience/training. Update training and mentoring will be provided. We will support you to register with Social Care Wales and to complete your QCF level 3/4 in health and social care if not already done so.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
