TRAINEE BUS DRIVERS WANTED

Are you passionate about driving and providing excellent customer service? Do you want to join a well-established, family-run business with a strong reputation in the community? Richards Bros is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Trainee Bus Driver

No experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you obtain your PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license and become a confident, skilled bus driver.

The Role:

As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will:

Undergo comprehensive training to obtain your PCV license. Safely operating buses, following all traffic law and regulations. Providing excellent customer service to our passengers Assisting passengers with boarding, seating and any special needs. Conducting daily walkaround checks on your allocated vehicle. Maintaining a clean and well-kept bus interior. Learning & following established routes & schedules. Handling fares and providing accurate change Reporting any accidents, incidents or maintenance issues. Follow all company policies and road safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

- A full UK driving license (held for at least 1 year).

- A friendly, approachable attitude and excellent communication skills.

- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Be able to pass a PCV medical test

- Fully funded PCV training and support throughout your career. Subject to 2 year training commitment contract - should you wish to leave during the 2 year period you will be liable to pay back your training fees in full.

Hourly rate:

Whilst Training - 12.21 After full training - Monday to Friday - 13.00 & Weekends - 14.00
