Key responsibilities:
Operate automatic assembly equipment and manually & automatically assemble products
Comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental & COSHH requirements
Complete First offs quality samples and quality documentation
Ensure the efficient running of Assembly equipment
Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes
Actively support waste reduction initiatives
Once full trained, you will be fully proficient in labelling, packing, hand loading parts, quality checking products, and taking the next steps in your career by learning First Off Inspections and running automatic other equipment.
Key skills and qualifications:
Previous experience using Quality documentation and/or Process Running Documents to ensure correct and quality production of products whilst adhering to Health & Safety standards
Ability to communicate well, verbally and written, in English
Previous experience working in a fast-paced team environment
Keen to learn and build a long-term career, rather than just a job
