Vacancy for Experienced Trailer Mechanic

Freeburn Transport is a family run business located in Moy, a village located between Dungannon and Armagh in Northern Ireland.

The Company has extensive transport operations covering Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and with depots located throughout Scotland and England is a growing organisation.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing trailers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Job Duties:

? Perform equipment repairs on trailers

? Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns

? Performing PSV inspections, servicing & repairing various vehicles and trailers and handling diagnostics, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs.

? Ensure vehicles are maintained & repaired to a high standard

? Keeping accurate service records

? Maintaining a high standard of professionalism

? Dealing with breakdowns and defects

? Demonstrate a keen attention to detail

Job Requirements

:

? Fully Qualified HGV Mechanic

? Previous experience in a similar role. Fridge Experience Preferred but not essential.

? Valid UK driving license

? Problem solving skills

? Attention to detail

? Team player
